Leasing and Operations Associate

Role Overview

Job Location: Tutuban Center, CM Recto Avenue, Manila City

 

PURPOSE AND SCOPE:

  • Full-time Leasing and Operations Personnel who will handle the day-to-day activities in lease administration and mall management.
  • Ensure lease-related programs are carried out in accordance with the local and statutory standards, as well as business objectives of Tutuban Properties Inc.
  • Supports the pro-active lease marketing of the malls in terms of merchant mix/plan and maximizing occupancy.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Leasing and Operations

  • Monitor merchant performance, improve lease out rate and occupancy rate of the property and growth of the merchant’s business
  • Budgeting and forecasting, data analytics, management reporting
  • Maintain updated on the latest trends in retail and dining
  • Assists in marketing activities that drive the foot traffic of the mall
  • Conducts competitor’s check/visits and formulates analysis and recommendations
  • Evaluates and analyzes statistical data and reports
  • Contributes in the conceptualization of value proposition, strategic merchant mix, cost effective and profitable space cuts
  • Assists management and operations in merchant activities such as- orientation, launching/opening, performance evaluation, lease documentation, lease termination and renewal.
  • Support functions and activities related to marketing, property management, security, safety and housekeeping.

 

Public Relations

  • Represents and maintains good business partnerships with internal and external stakeholders such as but not limited to customers, merchants, LGUs, vendors and service providers in his/her geographic area of responsibility.

 

Qualifications:

  • A graduate of BS Marketing, BS Business Administration or any equivalent course
  • Minimum of two (2) years of solid work experience in Sales, Marketing, Shopping Mall Management or Property Management.
  • Ability to communicate and interact with clients and customers at strategic and tactical level.
  • Handle multiple simultaneous leasing/sales accounts
  • Good community relations and customer service skills
  • With a deep understanding for retail and food, and e-commerce/ online-shopping, and latest trends
  • A resident of the Manila or nearby areas
  • Able to work on-call, on weekends and holidays, (shift/scheduled)
