Leasing Associate Manager (ALogis)

Role Overview

JOB PURPOSE

  • Provide lease administration and management of all assigned accounts.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible in the over-all leasing process of the Company, from the preparation of presentation to prospective clients, documentation activities until the preparation of the Contract of Lease and Warehouse turn-over, and other related activities in relation to completing the leasing process;
  • Implement company’s management standards, operating plans, and programs for its projects and developments;
  • Attend regular coordination meeting with colleagues, company officers and customers;
  • Prepare and monitor targets for the warehouse leasing segment of the Company;
  • Liaise with senior-level officers to coordinate and report on ongoing issues
  • Create and deliver reports to senior-level officers and maintain effective meeting notes; 
  • Assist in the collection of outstanding accounts of the customers; and
  • Build and maintain client relations. Must be able to attend to clients’ inquiries, requests and concerns.

 

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate in major department projects and take an active role in cross-functional team to assist in driving quality improvement, processes, and initiatives.
  • Actively participate and communicate in the team-based work groups.
  • Other functions that may be necessary to the overall function.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A college degree graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or similar
  • At least 3 to 5 years work experience in real estate, commercial or industrial leasing
  • A resident of Binan, Laguna or nearby areas, or willing to relocate
